I live outside of Turkey. How can I return a product that I have already purchased?
All of our products are packaged after defect control. We cannot accept returns due to high shipping and customs fees.

If you want to return the product you ordered for any reason after the delivery, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date in a condition that is suitable for resale without removing the price tags.
The package and if there is any, standard accessories of a product should be included without any damage in the package that you are returning and the product should be in a position to sell again in the market (without any damage, dirt or being fixed).
You can send your return package to us free of charge by Aras Cargo with our customer code of 1807344311323 (Sultan Eşarp). The cost of cargo is deducted from the refund amount.
After sending the product back, you have to keep the code that you are given by the cargo firm. If necessary, we can claim it from you.
As soon as we get the product, return/exchange process begins and within max 14 business days, the whole process is completed. If you have demanded an exhange and if we have the product in our stocks, the process continues; however, if we don't have the product in our stocks, you'll get a refund.
Product-exchange can only be applicable for orders inside Turkey.
